Senior UX/UI Designer

Senior • On-site

228,800 - 312,000 PLN/yr

Poznan, WP, Poland

The opportunity

This hybrid role is for a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) who creates exceptional digital experiences that drive engagement and conversion. You will solve problems with user-centricity at the core and collaborate within a cross-functional team on a diverse range of projects.

What you’ll be doing

You will create high-quality digital experiences, with meticulous attention to detail across concept and execution.

You will bridge UX and UI across products, services, devices, and channels. This includes defining user journeys and interaction models, refining visual design, micro-interactions, and component behaviour, and ensuring every element is consistent and purposeful.

You will shape digital products and services end-to-end, from early discovery and experience definition through to polished, high-fidelity UI execution, while leading design thinking across complex and sometimes ambiguous problem spaces.

What we want from you

  • Experience working in automotive, mobility, or other complex consumer-facing digital environments, with the ability to translate customer needs into intuitive end-to-end experiences
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead design within complex, fast-paced environments with incomplete or evolving requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge, influence, and align senior stakeholders across disciplines
  • Ability to frame problems, define opportunities, and shape product direction rather than only respond to briefs
  • End-to-end product design capability across UX strategy, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI execution
  • Ability to work across clients, sectors, and problem spaces; build domain understanding quickly; and adapt to varying design maturity and stakeholder expectations
  • Ability to balance pace and quality while managing multiple workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders within BAU and retained delivery models
  • Experience with complex, tokenised design systems and component architecture, including variants, properties, and scalable design patterns
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and behaviour logic across devices and platforms
  • Advanced Figma proficiency, including creation of scalable, well-structured design files for collaboration, handover, and systemisation
  • Experience working across multiple brands and visual identities while maintaining consistency, quality, and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Ability to create supporting design artefacts, including prototypes, presentations, and visual assets such as release notes and communications materials, to support stakeholder alignment, internal communication, and user research
  • Ability to translate user research and data into actionable insights and informed design decisions
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, including articulating design rationale, trade-offs, and recommendations
  • Understanding of accessibility standards, conversion principles, and user-centred design best practices
  • Availability until 18:00 PL to collaborate with the UK project team
