Description

This Product Engineering internship supports the development of Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software for designing advanced PCBs. You’ll engage with agentic AI technologies to support and manage PCB design generation. You’ll also help create Product Requirement Specifications by gathering and analyzing inputs from technical experts, customers, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to EDA software development for advanced PCB design
  • Support and manage PCB design generation using agentic AI technologies
  • Gather and analyze data to create Product Requirement Specifications (PRDs)
  • Provide development teams with feedback on PCB layout tool functionality, user experience, and use models

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a BSEE or an equivalent degree
  • Experience or coursework in designing, developing, and testing electrical systems
  • Strong focus on digital systems, signal processing, and electronics, with hands-on lab experience
  • Familiarity with electrical and hardware design tools such as Cadence Allegro, Siemens Xpedition, Altium Designer, or KiCad
  • Interest in or experience with machine learning and emerging AI methodologies (plus)
  • Available onsite in Burlington office 40 hours/week (not remote)
  • Attending local schools to the Burlington office
