250,000 - 374,000 PLN/yr

Krakow, MA, Poland

Job Overview

The Product Management team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to craft and shape the strategy for an AI-first internal and external developer experience that accelerates cloud transformation. The role defines how developers discover, build, test, ship, and operate software with AI embedded in the workflow, spanning IDE experiences, self-service platform capabilities, reusable patterns, and guardrails. The Senior Product Manager will also coach, mentor, and manage junior Product Managers in continuous discovery, strategic roadmap alignment, and tactical execution.

Job Description and Requirements

As a Senior Product Manager in Engineering Systems, you will oversee key aspects of the internal and external developer experience, including:

  • Deliver products that embed AI into the end-to-end software lifecycle—plan, build, test, ship, and run—including AI-assisted development, agentic workflows, and automated operations that reduce toil and improve reliability.
  • Own the organization-wide mechanism that ensures every engineering team provisions and manages infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including standards, reusable modules and templates, policy-as-code guardrails, CI/CD integration, and adoption metrics.
  • Serve as the tip-of-the-spear for cloud transformation by creating faster, automated, turnkey self-service pathways that increase developer velocity, leveraging AI-native platform capabilities to automate repetitive work and improve developer satisfaction.

About Product Management within Engineering Systems

The Engineering Systems Product Management team focuses on delivering tangible value to customers iteratively and frequently, maintaining a bias to action, and leading collaboratively. The team pairs research and expertise with data-driven experimentation and iterative development to build platform capabilities, scale adoption for innovation, and deliver frequent value to users.

Role Responsibilities

  • Craft and shape product strategy and portfolio for an AI-first developer experience shaped by cloud transformation; align stakeholders behind a cohesive roadmap spanning product, technology, enablement, and adoption.
  • Discover and understand internal engineering and external customer needs, as well as market research, to identify AI-first approaches that improve productivity across build, test, deployment, release, and operational workflows.
  • Drive standardized IaC adoption through incentives, guardrails, and self-service golden paths.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-first developer workflows to stakeholders, senior leaders, and customers; translate complex AI capabilities, risks, and trade-offs into clear outcomes.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative user, customer, market, competitive, and product data to articulate long-term product vision, identify strategic opportunities, and gain organizational buy-in.
  • Manage through Objectives and Key Results and leading indicators of product health and project success; use portfolio metrics and reporting to drive tactics.
  • Operate the portfolio by revising roadmaps based on real-time signals, facilitating prioritization, and defining success metrics such as developer productivity, quality, reliability, and AI feature adoption.
  • Build a scalable developer-enablement flywheel by turning early-adopter best practices into reusable samples, templates, tutorials, and guidance; measure impact through adoption and productivity metrics.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, improve team operations, and contribute to team-wide initiatives.
  • Act as a player-coach when needed, translating high-level objectives into low-level stories and requirements that improve team products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile.
  • Ability to use AI tools and AI-enabled workflows to accelerate product management work and scale best practices across the organization.
  • Ability to analyze and monitor product health, set goals, validate assumptions, and track success using data.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for highly complex problems, systems, and interactions.
  • Proven ability to validate solutions and deliver features from inception through delivery.
  • Strong tactical execution and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience creating and delivering incentive-based adoption strategies for features and platform capabilities.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or Bicep, and CI/CD patterns for secure, repeatable, self-service infrastructure provisioning at scale.
  • Ability to enable and accelerate these practices through agentic workflows.
  • Ability to leverage MCP servers, agentic workflows, and reusable AI skills to improve developer experience and efficiency at scale.
  • Experience building or scaling AI-enabled developer tools, such as copilots, agents, code search, or test generation, and measuring their impact through developer productivity and quality metrics.
  • Familiarity with AI product-delivery considerations, including model evaluation, prompt and agent design, data governance, privacy, security, and cost management.
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining focus on big-picture strategic objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product management building custom software.
  • 1+ years of experience inspiring, managing, and coaching Product Owners as direct reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design, or comparable work experience.

Benefit Highlights

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans.
  • Parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers.
  • Flexible work arrangements.
  • Two week-long company breaks per year.
  • Additional time off.
  • Long-term incentive program.
  • Training investment program.

Compensation

This position is eligible for total compensation including a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range is 250,000–374,000 PLN. Final salary depends on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal pay equity; hiring at the top end of the range is not typical to allow for future salary growth.
