Description

Support development and evaluation of bioinformatics pipelines and internal tooling for oncology work. Contribute to technical documentation, learn agile development processes, and help harmonize genomics results for precision oncology products.

Responsibilities

• Support development and evaluation of bioinformatics pipelines and internal tooling
• Contribute to technical documentation
• Learn development processes in an agile setting
• Familiarize with genomics results and aid in harmonization of genomic results for precision oncology products

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Life Sciences, Data Science, Bioinformatics or Computer Science
• Interest in oncology, genomics, data science and/or bioinformatics
• Initiative and ability to work independently under general supervision
• Professionalism (punctuality and appropriate conduct)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Participate in training sessions and apply newly learned skills
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
