Requirements

• Completed degree or IT vocational training.

• Solid experience with Java, databases, and modern software engineering tools, methods, and processes.

• Experience and passion for programming and innovation.

• Ability to explain complex topics clearly.

• Openness, helpfulness, and target-group oriented communication.

• Curiosity to learn new topics and continuous self-development.

• Deep AI expertise; actively shapes responsible AI use within your area and enables it for customers and internally.

• Very good German and good English skills for secure communication.
