Description

Design scalable Conversational AI architectures and define how they integrate into the customer’s IT landscape, including GenAI & RAG and connections to contact-center platforms (CCaaS) and telephony systems (PBX, SBC).

Provide technical leadership in implementation projects and guide the developer team; identify valuable use cases and advise on suitable platforms and models. Create lasting operations, maintenance, and support concepts for availability after go-live, support sales with solution architecture sketches and effort estimates, and advise on privacy and governance for generative AI and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Completed STEM degree or vocational training with relevant professional practice
• Multi-year practical experience designing and implementing Conversational AI solutions (preferably in agency/consulting)
• Deep understanding of modern web architectures, cloud platforms, interface/integration design, GenAI & RAG
• Experience integrating contact center platforms (CCaaS) and telephony systems (PBX, SBC)
• Ability to identify technical risks early and keep the big picture in mind
• Fluent communication with developers and C-level stakeholders; able to translate complex technology clearly
• Strong technical competence with a service-oriented mindset
• Very good German and good English
