Description

You will develop and architect software solutions for IoT/IIoT in production, machines, and plant engineering. You will take ownership of technical implementations, drive quality and timelines, and design innovative cloud services for sustainable business processes. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams and enable responsible AI use while supporting and mentoring less experienced engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop software for IoT/IIoT, production, and machine environments; actively shape system architectures
• Own technical delivery: steer implementations, ensure high quality, and keep deadlines on track
• Design and implement cloud services that support sustainable business processes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and connect perspectives into workable solutions
• Lead and coach junior team members to strengthen their development

Requirements

• Strong programming experience with C# .NET or Java Spring Boot and relevant frameworks
• Frontend know-how with Angular, React, or Vue (ideally)
• Knowledge of IoT/IIoT software requirements in mechanical engineering, machine, and plant contexts
• Cloud experience using Azure, AWS, GCP, or Kubernetes
• Very good German and good English communication skills
• In-depth AI expertise and active shaping of responsible AI use within your responsibility; act as an enabler for customers and internally
• Plus: Software architecture certification such as iSAQB Advanced Level
