Description

Design and implement robust Java-based software architectures and modern web solutions in interdisciplinary project teams. Advise clients on architecture concepts, best practices, and modern development processes, and coordinate developer teams to ensure high quality. Select appropriate tools, processes, and methods for sustainable software solutions, and share architecture knowledge through training and talks.

Responsibilities

• Design and realization of viable Java-based software architectures and modern web solutions
• Consulting clients on architecture concepts, best practices, and modern development processes
• Technical project leadership and coordination of developer teams to ensure quality standards
• Selection of tools, processes, and methods for sustainable software development
• Knowledge transfer in software architecture; support proposals and deliver trainings and presentations
• Participate in planning and implementation of software solutions, including analysis and realization in modern system landscapes

Requirements

• Strong experience in Java backend development
• Experience with Spring/Spring Boot and Hibernate in agile projects
• Proficiency with modern development concepts and tools: Scrum, Docker, CI/CD, Domain-driven Design
• German skills at C1 level; good English skills
