Description

Analyze and collect IT requirements with business units and project teams. Create and maintain requirement specifications and functional/technical documentation, ensure full requirements traceability, and develop requirements engineering best practices. Provide coaching and methodical guidance for requirement capture, administration, structuring, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and gather IT requirements in close collaboration with subject matter experts and project teams

• Create and maintain requirement specifications and functional/technical documentation

• Support bid (tender) and selection processes for IT solutions

• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the entire project lifecycle

• Develop and implement best practices in requirements engineering

• Coach and methodically guide teams on requirement capture, management, structuring, and documentation

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or similar (preferred)

• Practical experience in requirements engineering, ideally including coaching experience

• Strong communication and moderation skills

• Knowledge of IT architectures, interfaces, and system integration

• Experience with databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server)

• Basic knowledge of CI/CD processes and modern software development approaches

• Understanding of virtualization technologies (e.g., Citrix) and browser compatibility

• Knowledge of cloud architectures and IT security standards (e.g., ISO 27001) (preferred)

• Very good German skills; good English skills
