Description

You will support utilities and energy companies with platform introductions, translating domain expertise into practical requirements. You act as the customer’s expert contact in introduction projects, run workshops, and coordinate experts. You also participate in test preparation and execution for professional readiness up to production.

Responsibilities

  • Advise during platform rollouts for energy industry companies and support project success

  • Serve as a technical/domain point of contact and lead workshops

  • Capture and control requirements, bringing experts together

  • Plan and accompany functional tests until production readiness

  • Contribute to customer-oriented project work and planning for introduction scenarios

Requirements

  • Degree in business, computer science, engineering, or comparable (ideally energy economics focus)

  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience in the energy sector or energy consulting, focused on energy grids or energy supply

  • Strong knowledge of business processes of market roles: distribution/transmission system operators and metering point operators

  • Knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Meter2Cash process; network/sales billing & tariff design; technical asset management; energy regulation and laws; market communication, data exchange & EDIFACT market formats; measurement value management and replacement value formation; secondary accounting and general ledger accounting

  • Confident use of AI tools in your domain; critically evaluate results; support customers and teams in leveraging AI potential

  • Very good German and good English
