Salary

• 11,000–20,000 PLN gross/month on an employment agreement
• 78–143 PLN net/hour on a B2B contract
• 13,200–24,000 PLN net/month on a B2B contract

Quick Facts

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including Dataverse, plugins, APIs, workflows, and security.
• Build Power Platform solutions and Power Automate flows to support business processes and automation.
• Design and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, test, deploy, and continuously improve existing solutions.

Description

Work closely with the Scandinavian Sales organization to develop and improve solutions supporting business processes. Collaborate with the Product Owner and business stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle, from requirements and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong C#/.NET development skills.
• Good knowledge of Dataverse and Dynamics 365 customization.
• JavaScript/TypeScript and Power Automate experience.
• Experience with integrations and REST APIs; Azure services preferred.
• Familiarity with Git and modern development practices.
• Clear communication skills, comfort with hybrid work, and English at B2/C1 level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Power Apps and broader Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
• Power BI and business reporting experience.
• Azure DevOps and CI/CD experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership.
