Description

You will provide comprehensive client consulting for Matrix42 ESM solutions—from requirements analysis to client training. The role includes installation and configuration, development of interfaces to other systems (via SQL or REST APIs), and creation of workflows to support processes and automation.

Responsibilities

• Advise the client individually, from requirements analysis to client training

• Receive technical customer requests and translate them into concrete requirements

• Install and configure Matrix42 solutions

• Work closely with clients and colleagues on process consulting and technical delivery

• Create system interfaces (via SQL or REST APIs) and integrate them into the client’s IT infrastructure

• Build workflows for process support and automation

Requirements

• Completed degree (e.g., Informatics) or comparable training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration)

• 5+ years of experience with Matrix42 ESM adjustments

• Experience with Efecte (Core, Pro); additional knowledge of Empirum and EgoSecure with Efecte is a plus

• Knowledge of MS-SQL, PowerShell, JavaScript, Matrix42 UUX, Matrix42 Workflow Studio, and REST-API integrations

• Analytical and structured working style
