Description

You will create software architectures for military systems using a modeling tool, align architecture with system architects and software requirements engineers, and support the software development team with architectural decisions. The role includes ensuring code-quality requirements and producing UML diagrams (activity, data flow, and state diagrams) to secure detailed knowledge of software units. You will also own technical documentation at development level.

Responsibilities

• Create software architectures for military systems using a modeling tool
• Coordinate software architecture independently with system architects and Software Requirements Engineers
• Support the software development team in defining architectural principles and decisions
• Ensure requirements for code quality
• Create activity diagrams, data flow diagrams, and state diagrams
• Maintain and secure detailed knowledge of software units
• Provide technical documentation at development level

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Technical Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Experience with modeling tools such as Enterprise Architect or Rhapsody
• Experience with technical documentation in Confluence
• Experience with Jira and Bitbucket
• Confident use of UML
• Experience with C, C++, C#, and the Qt framework
• CPSA certification is desirable
