Description

You will support and further develop EDA application processes by capturing, validating, and refining new legal and functional requirements. In addition, you will administer EDA systems and provide first and second level support with independent issue analysis and system-level fixes, while properly escalating to third level. You will also help operate and develop the KIM and TI healthcare communication infrastructure, contribute to projects such as FHIR, advise stakeholders, and perform database queries.

Responsibilities

• Capture, validate, and clarify new functional and legal requirements and further developments of the EDA procedures
• Administer EDA systems and provide first and second level support, including independent error analysis and troubleshooting at the system level, with qualified escalation to third level support
• Maintain and further develop the KIM (communication in healthcare) and TI infrastructure, including technical support of connectors, card readers, and other technical components
• Participate in projects (e.g., FHIR), including partial project leadership, and support product teams
• Advise internal and external stakeholders on functional and technical questions related to EDA procedures (e.g., state associations, gematik, software vendors, expert committees)
• Run database queries
