• Location: On-site in Amberg (with option to work from home for part of the tasks)

Description

You will systematically test and verify digital processes and applications based on provided instructions. You will record and document any anomalies in the company systems, keep order data and test lists up to date, and support day-to-day administration. In addition, you will digitize and structure documents and receipts.

Responsibilities

• Run through and test digital workflows and applications as specified

• Capture and document anomalies in internal systems

• Maintain and update order data and test checklists

• Digitize and properly file documents and receipts

• Provide general administrative support in daily operations

Requirements

• Accuracy, persistence, and enjoyment of systematic testing

• Confident use of MS Office and willingness to learn digital tools

• Structured and dependable working approach

• Good German communication skills (spoken and written)

• IT training or prior experience is a plus (not mandatory); career changers are welcome
