Description

You will perform independent, objective risk- and process-oriented audits with a primary focus on the IT environment. The role includes supporting IT-related projects, advising specialist departments, and contributing to improvement concepts and solution proposals based on findings. You will write audit reports in German and English, present results, and moderate closing meetings in close cooperation with Group audit stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Independently carry out risk- and process-oriented audits, especially in the IT environment

  • Accompany projects and provide consulting to specialist departments with a focus on IT

  • Contribute to organizational development by designing and drafting solution and improvement recommendations for investigated matters and processes

  • Create audit reports in German and English, present results, and moderate final discussions; work closely with Group internal audit and Group Head Audit

  • Perform audit activities, particularly in the context of IT

Requirements

  • Degree in IT and/or business administration (banking focus) or equivalent qualification

  • Very good IT and/or business administration knowledge

  • Ideally first professional experience in IT and/or banking and in internal audit, plus good statistical fundamentals

  • Strong analytical thinking, critical judgment, and systematic working style

  • Ability to work with complex and demanding requirements

  • Strong expression and formulation skills; ability to present complex issues in an audience-oriented way

  • Confident and very communicative demeanor, including in discussions with potential conflict

  • Safe use of MS Office

  • Very good English skills
