T Hub IoT Test Automation Engineer with DevOps

Your responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive UI and API testing to ensure high quality and reliability.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts supporting efficient and scalable testing processes.
  • Support the maintenance, stability, and continuous improvement of test environments within a DevOps-driven setup.
  • Ensure reliable execution of automated tests across CI/CD pipelines.
  • Work with containerized test environments and monitor test infrastructure performance.
  • Troubleshoot issues occurring in integration, testing, and deployment stages.
  • Conduct self-organized acceptance testing with a strong focus on functional validation.
  • Analyze validation requirements and adapt testing methodologies to current project needs.
  • Optimize testing efficiency by applying best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
  • Perform detailed root-cause analysis of defects identified during testing.
  • Assess defect severity and provide clear technical evaluations, including customer-impact analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with test automation engineers and cross-functional teams, sharing technical expertise and best practices.
  • Support team members with technical knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure smooth cooperation and alignment.

Our requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in software testing.
  • Work experience in agile QA or test management.
  • Practical use of modern test frameworks and tools: Playwright, Cucumber, and PyTest.
  • Test automation experience in Python, including knowledge of the Page Object Model.
  • Experience in REST API testing and maintaining API requests.
  • Knowledge of system integration testing.
  • Test data management experience with Jira, Xray, and Confluence.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps, for automated test execution.
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines: build → test → report.
  • Experience working with version-controlled pipelines and branching strategies in Git-based workflows.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with system administration and user management.
  • Practical use of DevSecOps practices.
  • Experience configuring and maintaining test environments, including test data, services, and APIs.
  • Ability to analyze pipeline failures and troubleshoot across test and integration environments.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and log analysis, such as Grafana and the ELK stack, for test environments and pipelines.
  • English at Intermediate+ (B2) level.

Optional

  • Understanding of telecommunication fundamentals.
  • Ability to develop and improve a test strategy based on new requirements.
