Mid/Senior Test Engineer with Playwright (B2B)

Responsibilities

• Carry out manual and automated tests.
• Work on automated test systems and automated test strategies.
• Document test results and create test reports.
• Analyze requirements; create and review test cases and test plans.
• Monitor compliance with quality standards in software development and software-quality metrics.
• Analyze and document errors.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in testing and development.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of test methods, test tools, and agile software development processes.
• Good technical understanding and strong analytical skills.
• Experience with test management systems and a ticket management system, preferably Jira.
• Confident communication in English; German knowledge is an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of Playwright.
• Knowledge of tools and technologies such as Selenium, JMeter, and REST API testing.
• Programming language skills are a plus.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in testing and/or test automation; 4–5 years for senior level.
• Openness to hybrid work, with weekly meetings in the Katowice office.
