Description

You will ensure the smooth operation and continuous optimization of SAP systems including ERP, SRM, EWM, PO, GTS, Fiori, and HCM. The role covers Solution Manager support, SAP availability, continuous performance optimization, and SAP lifecycle management (planning, implementing, and monitoring patches and upgrades). You will also install new SAP systems, manage transports of modifications, maintain the OS environment (NIS, DNS, SMB, NFS, LDAP), and handle incident management.

Requirements

• Completed IT training or a degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification
• Solid knowledge and practical experience in virtualization
• Knowledge of storage systems, ideally NetApp
• Good knowledge of Linux (SLES)
• Plus: basic knowledge of databases such as DB2, Oracle, or HANA
• Independent, structured working style and strong problem-solving skills
• Team player with strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Very good German and good English proficiency
