Description

As a Senior HR Solutions Analyst – Business Process Optimization, you drive process excellence and elevate internal HR services by translating complex business needs into effective system processes. You analyze, design, and optimize HR-related business processes, identify automation and efficiency opportunities, and ensure seamless delivery across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis of business requirements for internal HR processes and services
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and system specifications
  • Analyze, design, and optimize HR-related business processes; identify automation and efficiency opportunities
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders, IT teams, developers, and other business units to define effective solutions
  • Create and maintain process models and functional documentation
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and potential impacts of proposed solutions
  • Support the implementation and delivery of new HR services and process changes
  • Own complex analytical topics and coordinate efforts across stakeholders
  • Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and support user acceptance testing
  • Foster knowledge sharing and provide guidance to less experienced analysts
  • Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a business or systems analyst, preferably in complex corporate or financial environments
  • Strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
  • Proven experience in designing and optimizing business processes
  • Good understanding of BPMN and UML
  • Hands-on experience with MS SQL and data analysis
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional and system requirements
  • Proven track record of working closely with both business and IT teams
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong command of English for preparing technical and business documentation
  • Polish (good command required)
  • English (communicative proficiency)
  • Eligibility to work in Europe (only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered)
