As a Business/System Analyst, you will support the identification, analysis, and preparation of explicit and implicit stakeholder requirements and provide functional support for AI-driven business applications within the Azure ecosystem.

Description

You will collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and DevOps Engineers to analyze requirements with business representatives and create solution options that address problems and add value for AI-driven capabilities in business application products.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to capture and define business requirements
• Create detailed outcomes of the business analysis process, outlining problems and opportunities for business stakeholders
• Elicit and validate requirements for Product, then translate them into relevant product backlog items and tasks
• Monitor the completeness of business requirements and take responsibility for requirement quality
• Identify dependencies and blockers impacting the planned scope
• Support estimations together with the whole development team
• Support Product Owners, Delivery Team, and Program Managers with a detailed understanding of product features during refinement sessions
• Validate the product through testing on behalf of stakeholders
• Create relevant project and product documentation
• Constantly seek improvements and excellence

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English (at least B2 level)
• Few years of hands-on experience in the software development domain as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and proven experience in end-to-end software project delivery
• Experience exploring and managing requirements in large corporate projects
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach able to deal with ambiguity
• Practical experience with team collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Proactive attitude and comfort dealing with senior decision makers
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills combined with stakeholder management skills
• Nice to have: German language proficiency
• Nice to have: working experience in agile (Scrum) methodology
• Basic understanding of FinTech/InsurTech industry
