Description

This role develops pricing and packaging strategies tailored to individual customers, including determining pricing for generative AI tools across Firefly and Creative Cloud. You will define and refine monetization strategy for Firefly Individual offers, continuously improve monetization of newly developed GenAI features (e.g., via credit rate cards), and support product roadmaps and configurations to achieve monetization goals.

Responsibilities

  • Support defining and optimizing monetization strategy for Firefly Individual offers, including portfolio optimization strategies and recommendations for product roadmaps and configurations.
  • Continuously determine how to best monetize newly developed generative AI features and add them to credit rate cards where necessary.
  • Conduct qualitative customer research.
  • Design and complete quantitative market research using methods such as Build-Your-Own Conjoint, Discrete Choice Conjoint, and Gabor-Granger.
  • Collect, synthesize, and analyze industry and competitor data.
  • Develop financial models to simulate customer behavior and project costs for scenario analysis estimating impacts on market penetration, revenues, and margin.
  • Develop and present arguments articulating strategy and ROI to acquire cross-functional feedback and achieve executive approval.
  • Engage with engineering, finance, and operational teams to ensure monetization strategies can be implemented within existing commerce systems; balance monetization potential with operational complexity and practicality.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing to define product roadmaps supporting monetization goals.
  • Conduct post-mortems to ensure proposals are successful and/or refine future proposals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience crafting pricing and packaging strategies and successfully bringing them to market in a complex matrixed organization.
  • Understanding of emerging GenAI capabilities and their practical application across business processes, customer experiences, and operational workflows.
  • Ability to simplify the complex, quickly define the core problem, and frame the solution approach.
  • Attention to detail balanced by comfort with ambiguity.
  • Excellent deck-writing, communication, and upward-influencing skills.
  • Strong EQ and leadership ability.
  • Intellectual curiosity.
  • Experience driving consensus in a large matrixed organization.
  • Background in strategy consulting, product management, product marketing, and/or change-management (ideally in software/technology) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with creative workflows is a plus.
  • MBA.

Benefits

  • Expected U.S. pay range: $105,300–$205,150 annually (varies by market); California range: $141,700–$205,150.
  • Non-sales roles: base salary plus short-term incentives via the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
  • Potential eligibility for long-term incentives via a new hire equity award.
