Description

This offer is for a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for Product and Design roles. You will partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements, build sourcing strategies, and close strong candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements and build clear, effective hiring strategies for product and design functions.
  • Design and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies across platforms, events, and outreach to attract diverse talent.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer close, including candidate screening, interview coordination, feedback calibration, and compensation negotiation.
  • Act as a talent advisor to Product and Design hiring managers, providing market intelligence, candidate insights, and pipeline data to inform hiring decisions and workforce planning.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the process.
  • Collaborate with Employer Branding, People Partners, and Total Rewards to strengthen positioning in the product and design talent market.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a meaningful portion focused on product management, product strategy, design, or related disciplines in a technology or startup environment.
  • Proven ability to influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders on talent strategy, role requirements, and candidate assessment.
  • Strong sourcing skills with a track record of building diverse candidate pipelines through direct outreach, referrals, events, and creative channels.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse) and recruiting data to manage pipelines, track metrics, and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously across different hiring manager groups.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting in a high-growth fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure company; familiarity navigating global or multi-regional hiring.
  • Comfort operating in environments with high standards, fast iteration cycles, and evolving priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
  • Curiosity to learn quickly, adapt fast, and grow through stretch opportunities; genuine passion for building teams that shape the future of financial technology.

Benefits

  • Compensation Range: $140K - $185K
