Staff Product Designer

Senior • Remote

210,000 - 250,000 USD/yr

Quick Facts

  • Role Overview: Staff-level product designer to scale the design team across experience pillars, with end-to-end ownership of a core surface or problem area.

  • Why This Role Matters: The role raises the craft standard by applying judgment to frame ambiguous problems, decide what’s worth building, and ship polished work.

Description

Own a core surface or problem area end to end — from framing the problem to shipping high-craft work. Set direction and raise the quality bar around you, not just ship your own screens. Work across the full range of the craft: product thinking, interaction and visual design, and prototyping to production fidelity. Partner closely with PM, engineering, research, and design systems, and use AI natively to explore, prototype, and ship while helping push the practice forward. Lead through influence by lifting the craft of the designers around you.
