Description

Own Linktree’s product-led acquisition strategy to grow the number of new users entering the Linktree ecosystem. Lead and optimize the profile-to-signup journey (e.g., “Powered by Linktree,” “Claim your Linktree,” creator discovery, sign-up, authentication, and other pathways), build scalable organic acquisition loops across Linktree’s network, and evolve the referral strategy including incentives and growth mechanics while managing incrementality and cannibalization.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the profile-to-signup journey
  • Identify and build scalable organic acquisition loops
  • Partner with Growth Marketing and SEO to improve organic discovery, landing-page conversion, SEO/AEO performance, and the journey from external discovery into the product
  • Own and evolve the referral strategy (product experiences, incentives, growth mechanics; manage incrementality and cannibalization)
  • Develop new acquisition products and tools that provide standalone value and introduce creators and businesses to Linktree
  • Explore zero-to-one acquisition opportunities across new customer segments and “claim your Linktree” journeys
  • Develop a high-velocity experimentation roadmap across acquisition surfaces (qualified traffic, signup conversion, referral growth, new-user acquisition)
  • Lead deep funnel analysis to find where prospective users discover Linktree and where they drop off before sign-up
  • Partner with Activation to ensure a seamless handoff from acquisition into activation
  • Partner with Data to ensure acquisition channels, loops, funnels, and experiments are well-instrumented and measurable
  • Communicate acquisition strategy, experiment results, tradeoffs, and business impact to senior leadership
  • Raise the bar for growth product craft with experimentation discipline, creative growth thinking, and customer empathy

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience with significant growth/acquisition/product-led growth/SEO/referrals/virality/funnel optimization or adjacent experience
  • Proven experience owning a large-scale consumer/prosumer/marketplace/creator/SaaS/self-serve growth funnel with meaningful user volume
  • Track record of measurable new-user growth via product-led acquisition, experimentation, organic loops, referrals, conversion optimization, or new acquisition surfaces
  • Strong understanding of how product, SEO, content, marketing, and distribution combine for compounding organic growth
  • Analytical depth: fluent in funnel analysis, segmentation, experimentation design, attribution, conversion metrics, and metric definition
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics and experimentation tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Mode, Optimizely, Statsig, or similar)
  • Experience identifying and building zero-to-one growth opportunities where experimentation is required
  • Excellent executive communication skills with complex data and strategic narratives
  • Strong product judgment on when to optimize vs build new growth loops vs test unconventional ideas
  • Experience partnering with Design and Engineering to ship polished, scalable, user-centered product experiences
  • Comfort partnering across team boundaries with Product, Marketing, SEO, Data, Lifecycle, and other growth functions
  • High agency and willingness to explore unconventional approaches
  • Strong customer instinct and curiosity about how creators, businesses, and brands discover and adopt digital tools

Benefits

  • Annual wellbeing allowance
  • 100% coverage (and 80% for dependents) of monthly premiums for medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance for US-based employees
  • Employer contribution towards retirement
  • Generous time off (vacation, holidays, parental leave, volunteer time, and other categories)
  • Employee stock option program
