You will analyze and support Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes (SD, LE, Billing), focusing on data integration and communication between systems via EDI and interface solutions.

Description

You will collaborate with business users, IT teams, and solution architects to define process and data requirements and translate business needs into functional SAP solutions. You will configure and test integration solutions (e.g., IDoc, OData, API, Webservices) within the O2C context, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with requirements. You will support all phases of projects and changes—from analysis and testing to implementation—ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and support O2C processes (SD, LE, Billing), focusing on data integration and communication between systems through EDI and interface solutions
• Collaborate closely with business users, IT teams, and solution architects to define process and data requirements
• Translate business needs into functional SAP solutions
• Participate in configuration and testing of integration solutions (IDoc, OData, API, Webservices) in the O2C context
• Ensure integration functionality and compliance with requirements
• Support project and change phases: analysis, testing, implementation, and user adoption
• Provide guidance on best practices and propose process improvements using SAP SD/LE and EDI integration expertise
• Work in an international environment to communicate effectively between business and technical teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, business, or computer science, or comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience
• At least 3 years as a SAP SD functional consultant, including technical capabilities
• SAP SD configuration skills
• Order-to-Cash process knowledge
• Experience with SAP interfaces: EDI, Webservices, IDoc handling
• ABAP development knowledge is a plus
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented; strong motivation to collaborate
• Fluent business English
