Description

You will play a vital part in enhancing Salesforce solutions to provide outstanding customer service and retention. You will design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications and integrations, and execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure top-quality releases. You will develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools compatible with Salesforce such as Selenium and Provar, monitor test execution, report defects, track quality metrics, and support release management and deployment validation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications and integrations
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and define test strategies
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools compatible with Salesforce (e.g., Selenium, Provar)
• Monitor test execution, report defects, and track quality metrics for continuous improvement
• Assist in release management and deployment validation for smooth rollouts
• Write and update platform documentation to improve QA standards
• Conduct stakeholder trainings and product demos to share best practices
• Participate in Agile development cycle and support continuous learning

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, computer science, or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in consulting or corporate environment
• Extensive knowledge of implementing and testing complex Salesforce service processes
• Proven track record with Service Cloud, Field Service, or similar solutions
• Expertise includes test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar), API testing, and understanding Salesforce architecture
• Agile mindset
• Business fluency in English (additional languages are an asset)
