About the project

Support the SAP IT Center of Excellence by contributing to the design, implementation, and support of Order-to-Cash (OTC) integrations across a global SAP S/4HANA landscape.

Work on B2B/EDI integrations between SAP, Seeburger, TECCOM, and external trading partners, ensuring reliable and scalable customer integration processes across EMEA. The role combines business-process understanding with technical SAP integration expertise, focusing on IDocs, message mapping, and end-to-end OTC flows.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of SAP OTC integration processes, including:
    • Customer orders and scheduling agreements
    • Order confirmations
    • Deliveries and ASN
    • Billing and self-billing
    • Customer master integration
  • Configure and support SAP IDocs, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and error resolution.
  • Participate in integration design and message-mapping validation for EDI/B2B scenarios.
  • Collaborate with Seeburger, TECCOM, and other integration tools.
  • Assist with unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and go-live support.
  • Document integration architectures, technical specifications, mapping rules, and configuration decisions.
  • Work closely with ERP Business Operations, Customer Experience (CX) teams, EDI Operations, external vendors, and integration partners.
  • Support incident management, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Participate in customer onboarding and new integration implementations.
  • Contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives focused on automation, standardization, and reliability.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in SAP OTC; manufacturing or distribution experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA OTC processes, including order management, deliveries, billing, and customer master data.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP IDocs, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with output management and integration architecture.
  • Knowledge of EDI standards: EDIFACT, ANSI X12, ODETTE, and GALIA.
  • Experience with at least one B2B/EDI platform is preferred: Seeburger, TECCOM, OpenText, or Sterling.
  • Understanding of message mapping, electronic document exchange, and end-to-end OTC process integration.
  • Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, or support projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
