What makes us successful together

• Qualification: Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Solution Architect with a solid understanding of software architecture principles.
• Experience: Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js, and backend expertise in Java or similar languages.
• Know-how and skills: Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps practices, and event-driven architectures.
• Nice to have: German or Polish language skills, Design Thinking or Agile methodology experience, and advanced security knowledge.
• Personality: Communicative, collaborative team player who values mentorship, approaches challenges enthusiastically, and adapts to diverse teams.
• Language skills: Fluent English; German and/or Polish proficiency is a plus.
