Summary

The IT Analyst is crucial in ensuring that customer and regulatory needs are effectively translated into actionable solutions within the KYC ecosystem, serving as a vital link among various stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

• Translate business and regulatory requirements into implementable solutions.
• Drive requirements engineering and support the execution of delivery.
• Ensure that solutions are ready for implementation.
• Act as a liaison between Business, Architecture, Development, QA, Operations, and Programme teams.

Key Requirements

• Experience in Requirements Engineering
• Proficiency in Business Analysis
• Process Modelling expertise
• Ability to define User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Experience with Dependency Management
• Knowledge of Release & Change Impact Analysis
• Data Analysis skills
• Root Cause Analysis experience
• Familiarity with Agile Delivery Practices
• Understanding of Jira and Confluence
• Experience with API and Integration Concepts
• Data Mapping & Analysis expertise
• SQL experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with Process Modelling Tools
• Understanding of Microservices and Enterprise Architecture
• Domain knowledge in KYC / AML, Customer Due Diligence, Onboarding & Periodic Reviews, Regulatory Change Delivery, and Financial Services / Banking

Nice to Have

• Understanding of Pega-based solutions (preferred)
