BankingB2B do 150zł/hHybrid work in Warsaw 3 days per week in the officeStart ASAP/to determinateSummary: The IT Analyst is crucial in ensuring that customer and regulatory needs are effectively translated into actionable solutions within the KYC ecosystem, serving as a vital link among various stakeholders.Main Responsibilities:Translate business and regulatory requirements into implementable solutions.Drive requirements engineering and support the execution of delivery.Ensure that solutions are ready for implementation.Act as a liaison between Business, Architecture, Development, QA, Operations, and Programme teams.Key Requirements:Experience in Requirements EngineeringProficiency in Business AnalysisProcess Modelling expertiseAbility to define User Stories and Acceptance CriteriaExperience with Dependency ManagementKnowledge of Release & Change Impact AnalysisData Analysis skillsRoot Cause Analysis experienceFamiliarity with Agile Delivery PracticesUnderstanding of Jira and ConfluenceExperience with API and Integration ConceptsData Mapping & Analysis expertiseSQL experience (preferred)Familiarity with Process Modelling ToolsUnderstanding of Microservices and Enterprise ArchitectureDomain knowledge in KYC / AML, Customer Due Diligence, Onboarding & Periodic Reviews, Regulatory Change Delivery, and Financial Services / BankingNice to Have:Understanding of Pega-based solutions (preferred)
