Introduction & Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst for Analytics Enablement to act as a liaison between business needs and IT developers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong solution-oriented mindset, analytical thinking capacity, and familiarity with advanced data and analytics solutions. Proficiency in SQL and Python, combined with effective communication skills, will be essential for translating business requirements into functional standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions.
• Design advanced solutions around data and analytics.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand expected outcomes and elicit business features.
• Manage delivery dependencies towards other teams and organizational units.
• Collaborate within an Agile environment as part of a cross-functional delivery team.
• Engage in complex end-to-end solutions and processes.
• Quickly grasp new technologies at a high level and ask the right questions.
• Communicate fluently with business users.

Key Requirements

• Implementation of AWS SageMaker in collaboration with data scientists.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with basic concepts in machine learning, CI/CD pipelines, and big data.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Knowledge of ML algorithms.

Nice to Have

• Experience with model monitoring and MLOps capabilities.
• Integration of AWS SageMaker model output with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises solutions.
• Knowledge of Spark and Scala.
