Description

You will provide direct IT support to employees from the office and support the administration and maintenance of local IT infrastructure, networks, workstations, and cloud services. The role also includes implementing new infrastructure solutions, modernizing existing ones, monitoring IT service availability/stability/performance, improving IT processes through automation, and supporting users with troubleshooting and consultations.

Responsibilities

  • Support administration and maintenance of local IT infrastructure, network, and workstations

  • Support cloud infrastructure and services

  • Implement new infrastructure solutions and modernize existing ones

  • Monitor availability, stability, and performance of IT services

  • Support automation and improvement of IT processes

  • Install, configure, and deploy software

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workstations, servers, networks, and applications

  • Support user accounts, access rights, and permissions

  • Manage licenses and IT assets

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation

  • Provide technical support and consultations to users

  • Learn and develop knowledge of new technologies and solutions used in the IT environment

Requirements

  • At least 1 years of experience in IT administration, technical support, or a similar position

  • Experience with Windows 11 and Windows Server 2019/2022 administration

  • Basic knowledge of Windows infrastructure services: Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy (GPO)

  • Basic knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, UDP, IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, network troubleshooting)

  • Basic understanding of virtualization technologies

  • Basic understanding of modern network security concepts and technologies (e.g., ZTNA, identity and access management, endpoint security, security monitoring)

  • Basic understanding of backup, restore, and disaster recovery concepts

  • Basic knowledge of server, storage, and network infrastructure

  • Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure and services

  • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • At least B1 level English
