Junior IT Systems Administrator

In this office-based position, you will provide direct IT support to employees, work with global teams, and gain hands-on experience while developing technical skills. The recruitment process consists of two interviews.

Duties of the Admin Team

  • Support the administration and maintenance of local IT infrastructure, networks, and workstations.
  • Support cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Participate in implementing new infrastructure solutions and modernizing existing ones.
  • Monitor the availability, stability, and performance of IT services.
  • Support the automation and improvement of IT processes.
  • Install, configure, and deploy software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common workstation, server, network, and application issues.
  • Support user accounts, access rights, and permissions.
  • Manage licenses and IT assets.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
  • Provide technical support and consultations to users.
  • Learn and develop knowledge of new technologies and solutions used in the IT environment.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Experience with Windows 11 and Windows Server 2019/2022 administration.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy (GPO).
  • Basic knowledge of computer networks, including TCP/IP, UDP, IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, and network troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding of virtualization technologies.
  • Basic understanding of modern network security concepts and technologies, including Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), identity and access management, endpoint security, and security monitoring.
  • Basic understanding of backup, restore, and disaster recovery concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of server, storage, and network infrastructure.
  • Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
  • Around 2 years of experience in IT administration, technical support, or a similar position.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • At least B1 level English.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and logging solutions.
  • Experience in Linux administration.
  • Experience in macOS administration.
  • Experience with ticketing or IT service management systems.
  • Knowledge and experience managing Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
  • Basic knowledge of containerization and Docker.
  • Ability to automate administrative tasks using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
  • Basic understanding of IT security, identity and access management, and security monitoring.
  • Interest in modern infrastructure and security technologies.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
