• Align and analyze business requirements with the client
• Design and configure/implement business processes using the Salesforce platform

Requirements

• Active student status for at least 6-12 months in a technology-related field (e.g., Quantitative Methods, Big Data, Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Automation and Robotics, Biotechnology) or business-related fields (e.g., Management, Economics)
• Availability for at least 30 hours per week
• Very good command of Polish and English (minimum B2 level both)
• Certifications like Cambridge CFE, CAE, TOEFL are a plus
• Experience in project work and/or working with IT systems (especially CRM systems)
• Strong analytical skills for business process analysis and well-developed interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming, SQL, and databases
• Willingness to gain experience with Salesforce technology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
