Meet the Supply Chain and Engineering Team

Implement PLM solutions for global manufacturers and support R&D transformation from roadmap and process design through go-live. Work in international teams, close to clients’ businesses, with hands-on exposure to GenAI and Agentic AI in engineering.

What You’ll Do

• Co-create and lead PLM-based R&D transformation programs, from concept through process design to delivery.
• Design business processes for BOM management, Engineering Change Management, specification/recipe management, and supplier integration.
• Support clients with PLM maturity assessments, PLM roadmap definition, and value realization.
• Contribute to GenAI and Agentic AI projects, from idea through deployed solution.

Sample Projects

• Digital transformation program for a leading semiconductor equipment manufacturer.
• PLM enhancement and modernization initiatives for a power generation company.
• PLM–ERP integration blueprint for a leader in digital identification and security technologies.

Work Model

Work is delivered mostly remotely; however, willingness and ability to work at client locations, primarily across Europe and occasionally in other locations, for short- or long-term assignments is required. The role also includes some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and relationship building with clients, peers, leaders, and communities.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of consulting or project/coordination experience in PLM, Product Data Management, or BOM management.
• Solid understanding of the product lifecycle and engineering processes, including Engineering Change and Data Governance.
• Hands-on experience with at least one PLM platform: Siemens, Dassault, or SAP PLM.
• Ability to analyze and map business processes.
• Written and spoken English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP systems, Master/Material Data Management, and data migration tools.
• Knowledge of Digital Twin & Thread, ALM, or additional platforms such as Windchill, Oracle Agile, or ARAS.
• Experience in more than one manufacturing industry.
• German, Spanish, or French language skills.
