Application Support Engineer Internship Program (ITIL, SQL, Scripting ) (He/She/They)

The Work

Join the team as an intern to support the Application Maintenance process. Assist with ongoing application support, system-performance monitoring, troubleshooting application issues and implementing automations.

• Maintain applications for clients and help ensure functionality throughout migration processes.
• Collaborate with experienced team members to develop technical skills.
• Document projects and changes to support effective project management.
• Solve and troubleshoot issues, treating challenges as opportunities for growth.
• Work may be remote, onsite with a client or in an office, depending on project circumstances.

Here’s What You’ll Need

• Availability to work from the Łódź office 2–3 days per week.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Familiarity with SQL.
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of scripting languages, such as TypeScript or Python.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in any type of employment.
• Experience in direct customer contact.
• Basic understanding of ITIL processes.
• Active student status or a technical degree, with availability to work at least 30 hours per week.
