Industry X – Engineering Platform Integration & Agile Product Implementation Analyst/Consultant (GN)

The Work

As an Engineering Platform Integration & Agile Product Implementation Analyst/Consultant, you will:

• Drive end-to-end project management, ensuring platform integration and alignment of product strategies with business and engineering goals.
• Lead scalable deployment initiatives, including data management, testing frameworks, cutover activities, and delivery cadences across large-scale engineering systems.
• Design and implement system architectures supporting enterprise-scale platform scalability, performance optimization, and measurable business impact.
• Use Generative AI and Edge Computing to improve product integration and engineering workflows.
• Manage risk tracking, dependencies, and quality assurance to support timely, successful delivery.
• Develop insights from complex datasets to guide platform engineering and adoption strategies.
• Ensure ERP/CRM integration across business processes using Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, ServiceNow, and MS Dynamics.
• Collaborate with C-level executives, architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee dashboards and automated monitoring tools for platform performance and proactive issue resolution.

Work Model

Work is delivered mostly remotely, with in-person collaboration time. Willingness and ability to work at client locations, primarily across Europe and occasionally elsewhere, for short- or long-term assignments is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience for Analyst level or 5+ years for Consultant level in large-scale project management, system integration, scalable deployment, and Agile execution.
• Experience delivering complex engineering projects in manufacturing, Industry 4.0, or similar enterprise environments.
• Experience leading integration of emerging technologies, including GenAI, Edge Computing, and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and CI/CD, with hands-on experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Experience implementing and integrating ERP/CRM solutions for engineering and business processes.
• Strategic leadership in project governance and scalable architecture management.
• Platform integration expertise that aligns engineering systems with product strategies.
• Generative AI expertise for insight-driven project and platform optimization.
• Communication skills for collaboration with C-level stakeholders and cross-capability teams.
• Ability to manage delivery cadences, including sprints, PI planning, and dependency tracking.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, MS Dynamics, ServiceNow, and integration solutions.
• Analytical skills for platform engineering performance and decision-making.
• Understanding of quality assurance frameworks and cutover processes.
• Practical expertise in Agile frameworks and team collaboration tools.

Preferred Certifications

• Agile certifications: PSM, CSM, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, PMP.
• Cloud certifications: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, ServiceNow, MS Dynamics.

Languages

• Mandatory: English communication, written and spoken.
• Advantage: German, Spanish, or French proficiency.
