Description

Manage project scope, timeline, and deliverables aligned with project goals. Coordinate daily project activities, team communication, planning of tasks/priorities/milestones, and regular meetings with status updates. Maintain project documentation and reporting to stakeholders, monitor progress/timelines/risks, support resource planning/workload distribution, and ensure adherence to project management processes and Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Managing project scope, timeline, and deliverables in line with project goals.
• Coordinating daily project activities and team communication.
• Planning tasks, priorities, and milestones together with stakeholders and the team.
• Monitoring project progress, timelines, and risks.
• Facilitating regular team meetings and status updates.
• Maintaining project documentation and reporting to stakeholders.
• Supporting resource planning and workload distribution.
• Ensuring adherence to project management processes and Agile practices.

Requirements

• Technical background with 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development, QA, test automation, or business analysis.
• Managerial experience with ownership of delivery and team outcomes for 1+ years.
• Proven accountability and ownership in delivering outcomes and resolving complex issues.
• Strong system thinking, including understanding cross-functional dependencies and delivery impacts.
• Strong data-driven mindset, using metrics and measurable outcomes to guide decisions and improvements.
• Understanding Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management practices.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Level of English from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.
