System Analyst with PO experience

Description

The project focuses on designing and implementing an integration layer connecting multiple business systems and digital services. It includes integrations for insurance and customer-service workflows, seamless data exchange, process automation, and alignment with the enterprise integration strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Capture, analyse, and document business, user, and functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear, implementable technical specifications.
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed documentation.
  • Model business processes using BPMN, design solutions, and build prototypes.
  • Support backlog refinement through detailed requirement elaboration.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams.
  • Own product vision, goals, and success metrics.
  • Define and manage the roadmap, backlog, and priorities.
  • Make scope and trade-off decisions based on value, risks, and constraints.
  • Ensure backlog readiness and alignment with business goals.
  • Engage stakeholders and align expectations.
  • Lead demos and reviews and validate delivered increments against the Definition of Done.
  • Monitor KPIs, customer feedback, and product performance.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Ensure legal, data privacy, and security compliance.
  • Drive Agile/Lean practices and continuous improvement.

Must-haves

  • 3.5+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
  • Experience as a Product Owner.
  • Experience with UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence, and Draw.io for requirements management and process modelling.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP, SFTP, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Postman.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and gRPC.
  • Experience with Camunda or similar workflow/process automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with the ELK Stack for log analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Git and a solid understanding of the SDLC.
  • Strong analytical thinking, systems understanding, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
