Fullstack Developer (Java, Python)

Location: Kraków (hybrid, 8 office visits/month)

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate within a cross-functional team of 4–6 members, working closely with a dedicated Product Owner (local or geographically dispersed).
• Break down business requirements into iterative user stories and deliver them to production.
• Provide product support as part of the team’s ownership (“the team builds it, the team supports it”).
• Identify and address technical debt, balancing it with new feature development.
• Design solutions for new requirements, ensuring alignment with technology guidelines and constraints.
• Engage in pair programming and knowledge-sharing with team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong grasp of SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, and BDD principles.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Extensive experience with the Spring Framework.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with event streaming technologies and microservices architecture.
• Ability to mentor and collaborate with engineers on system design and solutions.
• Fluent English communication, written and verbal.
• Experience in Machine Learning, NLP, AI, or Data Science is a plus.
