C++ Developer

Description

We are looking for an experienced C++ Developer with strong proficiency in modern C++ and solid knowledge of Linux-based environments. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-level software components while ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions in technically demanding projects.

Experience in automotive, energy, or telecommunication industries is a strong advantage. An open, collaborative approach, willingness to share ideas, effective team communication, and a proactive working style are valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality C++ applications and libraries.
• Ensure software performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Work with Linux environments, including build systems, debugging, and shell scripting.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
• Collaborate with system architects, testers, and integration engineers to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Document code, designs, and processes in line with project standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in C++ software development.
• Strong proficiency in C++.
• Solid understanding of Linux OS, including development tools and environment configuration.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and object-oriented design principles.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in automotive, energy, or telecommunication.
• Familiarity with embedded systems, networking protocols, or multithreading.
• Knowledge of Python or Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Basel experience.
