Senior D&T Business Analyst [Customer Hub & 360]

As a Senior D&T Business Analyst, you lead business analysis for complex, cross-domain initiatives that are critical to the success of the new e-commerce platform and broader digital transformation. You operate with high autonomy to frame ambiguous problem spaces, align senior stakeholders across OpCos and global teams, and translate strategic outcomes into coherent end-to-end process, data, and technology requirements that enable scalable delivery. You drive decision-making at pace by structuring options, clarifying trade-offs, and ensuring requirements are fit for purpose across multiple workstreams and dependencies.

In addition to delivery impact, you uplift BA maturity by setting and evolving standards, improving ways of working, and coaching other BAs, ensuring the organisation consistently delivers high-quality outcomes in a strongly distributed and asynchronous environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex, cross-domain initiatives/programs, from problem framing through requirements to delivery assurance.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making at pace, including OpCo and global leadership; structure options and trade-offs.
• Define and maintain coherent requirements across process, data, and technology, including integrations and NFRs; ensure consistency across teams.
• Perform deep impact and dependency analysis across products, systems, and markets; proactively manage risks and constraints.
• Own benefits and outcome traceability, including KPIs, success measures, and business rules, ensuring delivered solutions provide measurable value.
• Lead quality assurance of analysis artefacts, including DoR, DoD, traceability, and documentation standards.
• Shape BA ways of working and governance, including templates, playbooks, cadence, and tooling usage, across a hub-centric distributed organisation.
• Coach and mentor Junior and Regular Business Analysts in facilitation, stakeholder management, and analysis depth.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, and Engineering leadership to influence roadmap, sequencing, and platform evolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Business/Technology, Management, or Data/Analytics is a plus.
• Deep expertise in problem framing, requirements strategy, facilitation, decision support, process modelling, operating-model impacts, business rules, and requirement decomposition across multiple workstreams.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Lean product delivery, including value-based prioritisation, dependency management, incremental releases, quality governance, DoD, traceability, and UAT readiness.
• Ability to define and validate data needs, understand data governance concepts and cross-system integration touchpoints, and collaborate with Architects and Tech Leads on end-to-end design implications.
• Ability to incorporate regulatory/compliance, security/privacy considerations, and non-functional requirements into requirements and acceptance criteria for enterprise-scale solutions.
• At least one relevant certification: IIBA CBAP, or working towards it; PSM II or CSM; Lean/Agile analysis certification such as ICAgile or SAFe POPM/SA; or relevant platform/domain certification such as Microsoft Dynamics, CRM, or cloud fundamentals.
• 8+ years of business analysis or closely related experience, including several years in a senior or lead BA capacity within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience leading BA work end-to-end for cross-domain programs spanning multiple products, systems, and global stakeholder groups, from discovery and problem framing through delivery assurance and outcome validation.
• Proven track record working in ambiguity, resolving conflicting stakeholder needs, defining business rules at scale, and managing significant dependencies, risks, and constraints.
• Experience working effectively in a distributed and asynchronous organisation, improving BA maturity through standards, playbooks, and governance, and coaching other BAs.
• Experience supporting rapid release cycles and large change initiatives, including platform transformation, migrations, and operating-model or process redesign.
