Junior Solution Engineer [D365] Digital Commerce

The Commerce DevOps Hub engineers the software that powers e-Commerce. As a Junior Solution Engineer, you will join the RQC/CC Platform team, a cross-functional group working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and related technologies to deliver digital solutions for global Contact Center and Customer Service operations.

You will help Business Analysts and Product Owner(s) convert business needs into specifications and services aligned with standards and roadmaps. Working alongside experienced engineers and architects, you will contribute to the configuration, development and integration of Dynamics 365-based solutions across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop and deliver IT solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CE and Azure technology stack.
• Customise, configure and engineer solutions with the team.
• Assist with integrating solutions with other systems and data sources to enable seamless data flow and process automation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinement and retrospectives.
• Support testing, quality assurance and documentation of delivered solutions.
• Learn and apply engineering standards, architectural guidelines and best practices.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Product Owners and QA Specialists to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support deployment and release activities across Test, ACC and Production environments globally.
• Identify and flag technical challenges or blockers to senior team members and collaborate with other product teams.
• Participate in testing and validation of configured solutions to ensure accuracy and functionality.

Candidate profile

• About 1–3 years of relevant experience, including internships, placements or academic projects.
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM through study, certification or practical experience.
• Basic understanding of Power Platform and/or Power Automate.
• Ability to work with engineering teams of varying experience levels.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, global enterprise environment.
• Analytical mindset, interest in problem-solving and technology, and ability to adapt to evolving needs and priorities.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with configuration management principles, practices and development tools.

Preferred qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Functional Consultant certifications.
• Exposure to Genesys or other Contact Center platforms.
• Experience with or interest in AI and Copilot Studio tools.
