Technology Procurement Consultant SaaS

The Technology Consultant Procurement - SaaS (Supplier Management) is part of the Procurement Digital Products Stream. The role delivers potentially releasable product increments at the end of each sprint and supports the Stream Lead in translating architecture and requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Stream Lead to understand, elicit, analyze, configure, document, and deliver technical requirements and solutions.
• Keep up with relevant developments and ensure the development, transfer, and retention of knowledge.
• Work closely with the business to implement new applications and integrate them into the IT landscape.
• Improve existing applications, enhance quality, and reduce technical debt.
• Identify product bottlenecks and their root causes; propose resolutions and reduce work complexity.
• Plan and execute work collaboratively with team members in a flat structure.
• Provide input for budget and rolling forecasts related to the digital products stream and procurement costs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of IT experience with a similar scope of responsibilities.
• Experience in technical implementation and integration of IT applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Team-player approach and ability to work effectively across product teams and influence consensus.
• Ability to understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and build on others’ views.
• Experience developing technical integrations between systems using middleware.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Agile mindset.

• Experience guiding junior team members or driving development activities.
• Experience working in an Agile team.
• SAP Ariba SLP experience.
• SAP BTP experience.
