ServiceNow HRSD Managing Consultant (Architect)

Your role

We are seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Managing Consultant (Architect) to join the Project & Consulting team, advising senior business stakeholders on HR technology strategy and platform architecture. This role focuses on designing integrated solutions that maximize value from ServiceNow HRSD and complementary HR platforms such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors. You will shape platform strategy, define integration approaches, and ensure a seamless employee experience across systems.

Your tasks

  • Advise clients on HR technology setup and roadmap, aligning ServiceNow HRSD with broader HR transformation goals with Agentic AI elements.
  • Define architecture principles and integration strategies across ServiceNow, Workday, SuccessFactors, and other HR systems.
  • Lead design for HRSD modules: Case Management, Knowledge, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and AI Agents.
  • Ensure interoperability and optimized workflows between platforms to deliver unified HR services.
  • Design integration patterns leveraging APIs, Integration Hub, and middleware.
  • Recommend best practices for data exchange and process automation across HR ecosystems.
  • Establish architectural guardrails and ensure compliance with security and privacy requirements.
  • Support clients in defining governance models for sustainable platform growth.

Your profile

  • 6+ years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 3 years in HRSD or architecture.
  • Experience with HR service delivery solutions using ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of HRSD capabilities and HR process design.
  • Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and related HR platforms.
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technology solutions.
  • Proficiency with enterprise architecture principles.
  • ServiceNow CSA, CIS-HRSD, and CTA certifications.
  • Workday or SuccessFactors integration experience.
  • Knowledge of Employee Center Pro and Now Assist, including AI Agents.
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
