Junior Consultant (HCM, with German)

Your Role

As a Junior SAP HCM Consultant, you will support global clients in payroll and HR processes. You will work hands-on with SAP HCM, helping ensure accurate payroll delivery, resolving data and process issues, and contributing to system enhancements. You will collaborate with experienced consultants across borders, gain exposure to German payroll, and develop skills in system configuration, testing, and client advisory.

Join an international HCM team supporting business transformation initiatives for global enterprises across diverse industries.

Your Tasks

• Process payroll for international clients, including pre- and post-payroll activities.
• Analyze payroll errors and advise clients on appropriate corrective actions.
• Support the development and maintenance of SAP HCM systems for international customers.
• Participate in requirements analysis, system configuration, and testing in accordance with customer guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the international HCM team.

Your Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with SAP HCM systems.
• Familiarity with German payroll and HR processes.
• Ability to analyze and correct basic errors in personnel data and payroll processing.
• Very good command of German; English is an advantage.
• Very good communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Motivation to learn and further develop expertise in SAP HCM.

• Familiarity with SuccessFactors Employee Central or other modules.
