Full Stack Developer (Node.js/React)

Your role

As a Full Stack Engineer for Neo, this role focuses on building the next generation of a Group-wide AI platform connecting employees with tools, data, and intelligent workflows. It combines frontend, backend, and AI-powered product development, with a strong emphasis on scalability, technical quality, and fast iteration. The work directly contributes to shaping user-facing AI solutions and delivering reliable, production-ready systems.

Your tasks

• Build interactive and scalable frontend applications using React with a focus on performance and usability.
• Develop backend services and APIs with JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js frameworks (Express.js, NestJS).
• Create Python-based AI/LLM components, data-processing logic, and automation scripts.
• Develop middleware connecting frontend, AI backends, and enterprise systems, including sessions, prompts, routing, and permissions.
• Support AI-driven product features such as conversational interfaces, RAG flows, and structured responses.
• Integrate with enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, and automation tools.
• Work with cloud services, preferably GCP, to enable scalable and production-ready deployments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and prototype, test, and iterate in fast-changing AI environments.

Your profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong hands-on full-stack experience across frontend, backend, and APIs.
• Solid expertise in React and modern frontend development practices.
• Experience with Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and backend frameworks.
• Strong Python skills, ideally applied in AI/LLM or data-processing contexts.
• Good understanding of APIs, microservices, authentication, and secure integrations.
• Familiarity with AI application patterns such as LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, Docker, and complex systems, combined with a product-oriented mindset.
