Senior RPA Developer (UiPath)

Your role

Help design and deliver smart automation solutions that drive operational excellence and simplify complex business processes. Working with modern automation platforms, you’ll contribute to building scalable, document-aware workflows tailored to evolving organizational needs. Your role will focus on analyzing current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that deliver real business value.

Your tasks

• Design and develop automation workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Implement, test, and deploy automation solutions following coding standards.
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities for RPA optimization.
• Build scalable solutions using UiPath and object-oriented principles.
• Apply SCRUM and Agile methods in project delivery.
• Monitor and maintain automations to ensure stability and performance.

Your profile

• Around 2 years of experience in RPA development using UiPath.
• Ability to design new automations and enhance existing ones across all development phases.
• Knowledge of relational databases and network communication standards (e.g., JMS, HTTP, SOAP, XML, XSD).
• Experience with tools such as GIT, JIRA, ServiceNow and working within SCRUM/Agile frameworks.
• Good communication skills, including presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Very good command of English, spoken and written.
• University degree in a technical or business-related field.
