Senior Blue Prism Developer (Automation)

Your Role

Design, develop and deliver automation solutions that support complex business processes and help clients accelerate their digital transformation. Work end-to-end on technical delivery, contribute to architectural decisions and drive high engineering standards within the team. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and support knowledge sharing across the practice.

Your Tasks

• Design, build, test and deploy automation solutions for medium- and high-complexity processes
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and deliver components end-to-end
• Apply coding standards, frameworks and Agile practices throughout the project
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation
• Identify risks and issues and communicate them to project stakeholders
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues
• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Participate in technical meetings and workshops with the client

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience with Blue Prism and object-oriented programming
• Strong ability to design and deliver new automations independently
• Solid understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into automated solutions
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Experience with relational databases and data modeling
• Knowledge of communication standards such as HTTP, REST, SOAP, XML or XSD
• Familiarity with tools such as Git, Jira and ServiceNow; experience working in Agile teams
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Very good command of English
