Senior Consultant (Workday Integration)

Your role

Join a global HR Technology team delivering Workday solutions for international clients across various industries. As a Senior Workday Integration Consultant, you will design, implement, and optimize Workday integrations supporting critical HR processes and business operations. You will work with clients, functional consultants, and technical teams to build scalable integration solutions, enhance existing environments, and ensure seamless data exchange across HR ecosystems.

Your project

Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and the PBS (Package Based Services) department.

Your tasks

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and PECI/PI solutions.
• Lead workshops and gather business requirements to translate client needs into effective integration solutions.
• Support Workday implementation, enhancement, and post-go-live activities across multiple projects.
• Analyze and optimize HR processes within Workday, proposing improvements and automation opportunities.
• Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Deliver user training sessions and provide expert support on Workday integration capabilities and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, investigate, and resolve technical challenges.

Your profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Workday Integration Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Workday integrations, including Core Connectors, EIB, PECI/PI, Workday Studio, and XSLT transformations.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and HRIS environments, preferably within the Workday ecosystem.
• Experience designing, configuring, testing, and supporting end-to-end integration solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Very good communication skills and professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Workday certifications in Integration or other Workday modules.
• German language skills.
• Experience working in international and multicultural project environments.
• Knowledge of additional HR systems and third-party integration platforms.
